Clinical Therapist

Taylor Paschal, MSW, LCSW

As a therapist, I believe healing happens in a space where you feel truly seen and heard. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you can explore and be vulnerable. I provide a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can sort through your thoughts, process your emotions, and rebuild confidence during times of uncertainty. I am passionate about establishing a working alliance and therapeutic bond to create a safe space. Life is hard, together we’ll work to understand patterns, process emotions, and build new ways of interacting.

I have extensive experience working with children, teens, young adults, families. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals and families navigating change and challenging life transitions.

Whether it’s stepping into high school, leaving for college, or coping with divorce, transitions can be hard. As a therapist, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate these crossroads with clarity and compassion.

Navigating changes in emotion, behavior, academic success or family dynamics can be challenging and doesn’t have to be done alone. I believe in collaborative, person-centered care to create intentional services for each of my clients. Utilizing an individualized approach will allow me to ensure your unique needs and therapeutic goals are taken into consideration during our time together.  I value the connection between mind and body, and strive to provide education to my clients on the importance of recognizing this connection for themselves.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, and a Strengths Based Perspective in therapy.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and I honor the courage it takes to reach out. If you would like to explore the process of getting started, please feel free to reach out.

I received a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Arkansas and am working toward licensure as a Clinical Social Worker.
