Jamie Caldwell, MSW, LMSW

Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined. Sometimes we’re faced with challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, anxious, discouraged, or uncertain about where to turn next.

I believe healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that every person and family possesses strengths they can build upon, even during life’s most difficult seasons. I am especially passionate about supporting families through complex life circumstances and helping people recognize the resilience they already carry within them. Together, we’ll identify the obstacles standing in your way, develop practical tools for change, and work toward creating a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and authentic.

I work with teens, adults, individuals, and couples facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use disorders, grief, chronic illness, parenting challenges, and significant life transitions. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can be yourself, explore difficult emotions, and move toward lasting growth at your own pace.

Therapy is not about having all the answers but rather having someone beside you who can help you discover them. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients and their families as they build resilience, find hope, and become the healthiest version of themselves. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing and becoming the best version of yourself.
