Clinical Therapist

Grace Hill, MSW, LCSW

Sometimes it can feel like seeking therapy for yourself or your child means that something has gone wrong. I see it differently. Reaching out for encouragement and support is a courageous step toward growth and healing.

I believe that people—children included—create lasting change when they feel understood, supported, and accepted without judgment. My approach to therapy is strength-based, person-centered, and tailored to each individual and family. Drawing from my background in social work, I focus on supporting each person within their broader environment. I integrate a variety of approaches, including play therapy, cognitive and trauma-informed therapies, and psychodynamic techniques, depending on each client’s unique needs.

I have specialized training and experience working with children as young as three, adolescents, and young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, parental separation, and behavioral concerns. I also provide caregiver support and consultation to help adults strengthen their relationships with their children and foster healthy development.

Therapy can be both challenging and deeply rewarding. Everyone deserves to work with someone who helps them feel seen, valued, and empowered. I’m so glad you’re here and considering taking this step.
