With over 17 years of experience, my counseling practice specializes in addressing complex trauma. I help clients navigate anxiety and depression stemming from childhood experiences and dysfunctional family dynamics, as well as support individuals recovering from abusive relationships. I also work with couples and blended families to strengthen their connections and overcome challenges. Working together, we will focus on alleviating the symptoms of complex trauma, empowering you to reclaim your identity and engage fully in the present. I prioritize establishing a nurturing professional relationship and a safe environment, firmly believing in each person’s inherent ability to heal and thrive.
In addition to my trauma-focused work, I draw on my background in organizational development to offer career counseling. I assist clients in clarifying their career goals and developing strategies to tackle the unique challenges women face in leadership roles. My approach combines strategic insights with practical tools, creating a supportive space where clients can gain clarity on career and workplace issues. My research interests encompass women’s advancement, leadership transitions, cultural improvement, and leadership burnout.
I also possess extensive experience working with diverse populations, including first responders, educators, and healthcare professionals.
To meet the unique needs of individuals and couples, I utilize therapeutic modalities such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), NARM (NeuroAffective Relational Model), Gottman Couples Therapy, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
