Clinical Therapist

Molly Meyerson, MSW, LMSW

-

I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Missouri, and work with clients of all ages. Therapy is not one size fits all. I believe that it is important to make therapy individualized to address each client’s specific needs and therapeutic goals. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques in my individual therapy – I work with children, teens, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, interpersonal struggles, and other challenges. I have a passion for working with middle and high school students, as this can be a challenging time for teens. I believe in a collaborative approach while working with my clients to provide quality care.

I use several therapeutic techniques, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Play therapy, Person-centered therapy, and Strengths perspective. In addition, I am trained in EMDR and use this approach as well. EMDR is a powerful tool for working with clients who have a history of trauma.

I look forward to walking alongside you on your therapeutic journey.
